Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Item may be used, but must be in like-new condition — free of damage
- Returned in its original packaging, including all accessories
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is proven to be defective through troubleshooting or documentation. Refunds are processed once the returned device has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

- Personal care or hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:
- Request and complete a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired product once the return is approved
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.
Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact
- Proof of purchase is required
This policy applies in addition to your standard return rights under EU consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds

- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund
