HLTH Band Strap Sizing Guide

Not sure which strap will fit? Here are the sizes each HLTH strap fits.

Strap Sizes

  • Stretchknit Band: one size, fits wrists up to 25.5 cm
  • Active Band: fits wrists from 14 to 24 cm

All HLTH straps are 2 cm wide.

Which Strap Should I Choose?

  • Smaller wrists (under 14 cm): choose the Stretchknit Band. It has a velcro closure, so it can be adjusted down comfortably. The Active Band is silicone with fixed holes, so it only fastens down to 14 cm.
  • Larger wrists (24 to 25.5 cm): choose the Stretchknit Band, as the Active Band only fits up to 24 cm.
  • Wrists between 14 and 24 cm: both straps will fit, so choose whichever you find most comfortable.

How to Measure Your Wrist

  1. Wrap a soft tape measure around your wrist, about one finger-width above your wrist bone, where you'll wear your band. If you don't have a tape measure, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler.
  2. Compare your measurement with the sizes above.

Wearing It on Your Ankle? Measure your ankle the same way and compare it with the sizes above. See Which Wrist Should I Wear the Band On? for more.
