The sensor is the small device that tracks your health data. It [clips/snaps/slides] into either band.

About the two bands
Your HLTH Band includes two interchangeable straps, so you can choose what suits your day.
Nylon Stretch Knit Band: Lightweight, breathable, and comfortable for all-day [and overnight] wear. A great choice if you have sensitive skin or find silicone uncomfortable over long periods.
Silicone Band: Durable, sweat-resistant, and easy to clean, with a secure fit that stays put during exercise. Ideal for workouts and [water activities / sweaty sessions].
Both bands fit the same HLTH sensor, and switching between them takes just a few seconds.
